Chris Carrea (Gaffer) was born in the United Kingdom and raised on Akwesasne, a Mohawk reservation on the Canadian/New York border, and in Colorado. Chris studied fine art at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and completed a BFA at Otis/Parsons College of Art and Design.
